Shipping and delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at magicbirds.shop! We ship all of our orders via Omiva / DPD / DHL / FedEx / Latvijas Pasts. You will receive an email or sms update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in Latvia standard shipping typically takes between 1-3 business days. For destinations within the EU, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays outside the EU may impact your estimated delivery date up to 14 business days.
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Please check that all of your shipping details are entered correctly. You will receive the final price for delivery in the invoice or by writing us at info@magicbirds.shop.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or sms with a tracking number to track your order via any courier. We are not responsible or liable for lost or damaged shipments once they are picked up by their carrier. Please use the tracking information sent to you.
Orders can be delivered with PO boxes with Omniva and DPD, but some of our Artworks is not possible to fit them. In this case we will find the most beneficial solution to ship your order.
Magicbirds.shop is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
