Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in Latvia standard shipping typically takes between 1-3 business days. For destinations within the EU, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays outside the EU may impact your estimated delivery date up to 14 business days.
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Please check that all of your shipping details are entered correctly. You will receive the final price for delivery in the invoice or by writing us at info@magicbirds.shop.

All our clothes are custom made and one size. However the buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Product within 14 days of receiving it. The return of goods is possible only if the goods have preserved their external appearance, consumer characteristics, original packaging and labeling.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Seller has the right to refuse to take the Product from the Buyer if the Product is not returned in the original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are minor signs of use.
When returning the Goods, the Buyer can exchange them for similar Goods or receive a refund. In case of an industrial defect of the product, the delivery costs are covered by the Seller. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made within 30 business days of receiving the Product back from the Seller.
Seller reserves the right not to exchange or refund the amount paid for customized items and orders.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a letter of withdrawal to info@magicbirds.shop within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
